HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT IN VERY EASY STEPS

If you read my earlier post  you will notice that i emphasize alot on positivity and the  strong connection between how we  think and our overall achievements in life thus in this article i will  need you to remain positive minded and believe you can, but first  i will advice  you that this particular  journey will not be an easy one so if you are faint hearted you might probably not go as for as you are hoping to. When i talk about loosing weight i have a first hand experience as i myself embarked on the same journey when i got uncomfortable with my weight and i lost 31 kgs within  6 months hey, i was not in a rush  so don’t be

STEP 1  DON’T DO IT FOR THE WRONG REASONS

i would not understand why you want to loss some of your weight  just because somebody else  wants you to. the question is are you comfortable the way you are ?, my reason being those guys who ask you to shed some of it will be the same guys who are likely to tell you, i think you lost to much weight or worse still say i think you looked much better before , be the one to initiate that need cos in the end you will be the one to embrace the new you

STEP 2:CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS

One thing you will agree with me is what you  eat how is main though not the only -cause of that excess fat in your stomach you can change this by taking a glass or two  of water, fruit juice or even tea before taking you meals this will help in making your stomach feel  full much faster and i tell this is how i cubbed my embarrassing  eating disorder  another thing is when you feel the craving for food a glass will solve that problem for you. This i consider the most important of all my point

STEP 3: WORK OUT

although i never  attend  the gym for a single day i strongly recommend that you try to do some exercises every once in a while just to burn the fat and much faster, however if you followed my second step you will just be feeding  your body the required amount of  food so there will be no need for alot of  work out, but physical  exercise is good for the overall body functionality.

STEP 4: CHANGE THE ENVIRONMENT

Although this may prove tough due to work engagements and other factors it greatly helped me in loosing my weight if you are in a position to just change it  and it might just work for you like it worked for me

STEP 5:  RECAP

when you really need something and set your mind to it believing  you will there is nothing that can stop you, do you want to loose the weight so badly? then go go go for it, but remember  do it for yourself and if you don’t cub your eating you will not see the desired results Watch what you eat ! and YES YOU CAN
